Brooks Kolb, ASLA, is a licensed Landscape Architect (Washington State #676) with 25 years of professional experience. "As a licensed landscape architect, I design your garden; I do not build it. For construction, I recommend and introduce you to high-quality landscape contractors with whom I have a strong track record of successfully completed projects. During construction, I work closely with you and the contractor to see the project through to successful completion."
